Alcantara Minutti, S,C., (hereinafter “Alcantara Minutti”) it is a civil partnership duly incorporated and validly existing under the laws of Mexico.

Alcantara Minutti hereby agrees not to disclose, directly or indirectly, any information provided to us, to third parties nor to any of your employees that is not authorized to receive such information. Likewise, Alcantara Minutti agrees to maintain any information furnished to us in strict confidentiality.

The confidentiality obligations described herein shall not be applicable if the information is or has become a matter of public knowledge. Similarly, if such disclosure (i) has been expressly authorized in writing, or (ii) it is required pursuant to any applicable law or a judicial or administrative order.
