José Carlos is the leader of the Firm's litigation and consulting practice within the civil and commercial law areas. He has more than 14 years of experience as a litigation attorney and consultant within our country, successfully representing national and international companies before federal and local courts and all types of government authorities.

 

Regarding litigation within civil and commercial law areas, his professional practice has excelled in complex litigation and stood out through the design, analysis and implementation of sophisticated and comprehensive strategies. Providing our clients with specialized and tailored legal advice that have led them to obtain success during the development of the entire process and all of its instances until their final conclusion.

 

José Carlos has handled crucial cases related to controversies of real estate, compliance and/or breach of contracts, civil liability, corporate disputes, partnerships, conflict between shareholders, foreclosure, recovery of overdue portfolio recovery, commercial lawsuits, indebtedness; thus managing to legally preserve our clients' interests.

 

Within his professional practice in civil matters, he has participated in family conflicts representing national and foreign individuals in highly sensitive controversies that emanate from Family Law regarding divorces, custody agreements, alimony, probate procedures, family property and/or relationships procedures; having as a priority to safeguard our clients' interest through comprehending and protecting their legal concerns.

 

José Carlos has collaborated as legal consultant for companies in construction, automotive, hydrocarbon, health, and real estate industries, where he invariably provides fully integrated advice that anticipates any type of conflict that may arise, resulting in an effective and definitive solution.

 

Overall, he has participated in the development and implementation of corporate strategies in order to obtain permits for industrial, real estate developments and infrastructure projects.
